First and foremost I give my thanks daily to God, my Father in Heaven, and Jesus my Savior who created me with my talents in addition to the strength and inspiration to take on this great calling every day and the courage to continue on my healing journey.

To Ruthie Wilde, your cello playing as well as your heart for the music is a treasure hidden in the songs on this album. You helped us raise the music to a higher level, I will always cherish the work you did for my album. I am looking forward to working with you again on my future music projects.

To Kate Bivona, I truly appreciate your playing violin for my song You Broke Your Angel’s Wings.

To Robert Mason, your heart to help me improve not only my vocal ability, but to work so patiently with me to lift up the music and lyrics to touch the hearts of the listeners is a gift that I will always treasure. You truly are a key part of helping me gain the confidence in my ability to sing, play and compose music.

To Michele Montbleau, thank you for teaching me that my voice is unique and a gift from God. Your insights into my struggles embracing the sound of my voice have been invaluable. You made it easier for me to understand that my voice is an instrument too and I should embrace the gift of my singing voice.

To Platinum Studios, never in a million years did I dream I would be able to record in such a beautiful and state of the art recording studio. It is how I know that God was in charge of this project. I am honored that you helped me bring my dream to completion and truly exceeded any and all of my expectations I had about my album.

To April Thiebaud you are my most cherished friend that has helped me during this journey to create my album and non profit. I cannot put into words how much I value your help, insights and support as I fumbled my way through the challenges of achieving this dream while continuing to work through my own grief. Remember you still have my permission to deflate my ego if I get too full of myself...LOL.

To Jason and Bip Carpenter you guys are like bonus brothers to me, from day one you made me feel like a part of your family. Jason, I truly appreciate your insights and honest review of the work in developing the songs for this album. Bip keep the fire pit going and just know the times we fellowship around the fire pit are part of my healing journey.

To the Carpenter Family thank you for opening up your family to me by breaking bread with me and inviting me into your family time. (Marty and Nancy I consider you a part of this family too.)

To Dannette Foglesong thank you for being a loving mother to our children. Even though we have a broken road, you are still an important part of our lives and you are loved dearly. Enjoy our grandchildren now that you have moved closer to them and make many wonderful memories.

To Travis and Kaitlyn, I am so proud of both of you, I am honored to be called your Dad. You continue to amaze me daily with all you are doing in life and the way you help others. Keep up the great work!

To my brother, Frank Shafer, thank you for always supporting my music and encouraging me to keep playing. Your support when I told you I was going into the recording studio has helped me get through the days when it was hard to keep going.

To Jen Michael if this all goes sideways, we are going to blame you for introducing me to Sean at Platinum Studios….hahaha…just kidding. I am glad to call you my friend and my Hair-apist, thanks for always keeping me looking my best. (Remember...Never cut your hair when your emotional.)

To Sean White and the White Family, the Christian love I received from the time we met was second to none. Your support and guidance during this process of grieving while creating an album is a key part of my strength to keep going to the finish line. We never dreamed we would lose loved ones while making this album, but life must go on. I will always cherish the times I spent playing my music for your parents at their house.

To Rob & Toni Alexander and family, you have been a rock for me to lean into on the difficult days and have also been there with me to celebrate the small victories. Your friendship is priceless to me and a Blessing I give thanks for regularly.
